Pricing Model

Our pricing model is designed to be simple and all-inclusive. We have one basic fee package that covers a one bedroom apartment and associated services at Winchester Mount Vernon House. Alternatively, there is one studio apartment that is available for respite or can be rented long term.

Winchester Mount Vernon House is one of the few Assisted Living residences able to offer subsidies to qualified Winchester seniors. In addition to an apartment, the services included in this fee are as follows:

• Three full meals per day, plus snacks
• Laundry service
• 24-hour awake staffing
• Emergency response system
• Weekly housekeeping
• Scheduled activities
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Ongoing wellness observation
• One person transfers & escorting within the building
• Reminders for meals and activities
• Transportation to shopping and outside activities
• Assistance arranging appointments and services
• Utilities (except telephone, cable & internet fees)

Parking is available for an additional cost.
