Assisted Living Services are provided through a service care plan set up when you move in and reviewed every 6 months or more often if needed.

No, residents may sit wherever they want to sit.

No, but cable service is available should a resident want to sign up for it in their own apartment.

Mt. Vernon House simply requires 30 days notice if you want to move out.

Residents must be at least 70 years of age.
