Our Admissions Committee reviews applications for admission from men and women 70 years of age or older, who are residents of Winchester and the surrounding communities.

Our simple admissions process requires completion of our application packet, a medical form to be completed by your physician, a $500 non-refundable administrative fee, a current power of attorney and health care proxy and copies of tax returns.
